Boontech automatic handlers with RFID /weighing & drafting up to 15 ways, with full data capture

Features: The Boontech Ovine weighing/drafting system can be operated in either automatic or manual mode. When using electronic ear tags the automatic mode allows the operator to draft on any animal trait / event / breed / sex etc.
In manual mode the control is via by remote hand piece. In either mode the user can weigh / back line drench-spray / take sample for fibre measurement / crutch-dag / pregnancy test / carcases measurements / secure and draft up to 16 ways



The Boontech Autolink allows the farmer to operate the complete system un-assisted to allow for unobstructed animal movement.
All events and repeats are recorded allowing for complete management and traceability.
Operated on 12 volts, excluding the compressor which requires 240 volt

Construction: Race entry and weigh box galvanized high tensile steel, painted tubing with marine ply sides and squeeze crush for silent operation
Drafting gates galvanized high tensile steel painted tubing. All moving parts are fitted with grease nipples



Pneumatics: Festo high quality air rams and electronic ball bearing solenoids operated by 8 channel remote control hand piece, guaranteed for 30 million movements.

Electronics: Boontech Autolink system uses only the highest quality software, combining the latest technology and design for rural operation allowing for quick replacement and identification of any problem via base computer/ Boontech link. (Identifying any problem on farm with a system fault is as quick as a telephone call)
Boontech Autolink model 530 incorporating integrated reader/scales/drafting and communications.
Full handling system diagnostics, with up-grading facility for quick faultfinding and communication to base computer via e-mail.
Communications to personnel computer when Boontech drafting software installed, either RF (100 meters unobstructed distance or serial (10 meters) operation.

Fitted with BoonCard for transfer to NLIS
